Welcome! I am so glad that you stopped in to see what I have to offer you. 

My goal for my clients are to have them achieve their highest level of function, in movement and health. What I mean by this is I design an individual therapeutic bodywork treatment plan to help them with their pain. My hands on techniques to attain this goal for my clients are myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and Swedish massage for when my client needs to relax.
